The Early Boiler Replacement Rebate Program  offers a great opportunity for you to save money and improve energy efficiency if your boiler is 30 years old or more. You can save up to $4,000 when you replace your inefficient equipment that’s more than 30 years old. But you must schedule your no-cost Mass Save® site visit by August 31. Simply call 1-866-527-SAVE (7283) before Saturday, August 31. Installation must be completed by October 1, 2013, so you should act now.
Customer eligibility requirements include:
- Customer must have existing, functioning boiler that is at least 30 years old
- The boiler must be fueled by natural gas, propane, or oil and installed in a 1-4 family home
- Customer must request a Mass Save Home Energy Services Program Site Visit  before August 31, 2013 and prior to replacing boiler
- New equipment must be installed prior to October 1, 2013
- Completed rebate form and other documentation must be completed prior to October 1, 2013
- Fuel Switching/conversion customers are not eligible for this rebate
- Customers receiving this rebate are not eligible for any other Mass Save or Gas Networks heating equipment rebates
